The purpose of this step is to
Allow the architects to keep the architecture current as things within the business Business Focus Area change.

Step objectives
Keep the Business Focus Area's architecture documentation current.
Provide an outlet to maintain documentation and make smaller revisions to items that have already been reviewed, approved, and published.
Provide a mechanism to keep the governance teams involved with continued review and approval of a Business Focus Area's architecture decisions.
