The purpose of this step is to
Focus on implementing what has been designed and approved in the Blueprint.
(This Step goes beyond changing Information Technology systems as there is an emphasis on making sure that the employees are ready for the solution.

Step objectives
Acquire the resources to configure and implement the solution as designed.
Communicate the solution to business owners, staff, and administrators.
Implement new policies to smoothe the transition to the new solution.
Train business owners/staff on the new solution and required new skills.
